Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription-Based Services

Iksha operates on a subscription model (monthly/quarterly/annual/contract). Fees are charged in advance.

2. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made for activation of services are non-refundable once:

  • Service has been provisioned
  • Device has been activated
  • Software access has been granted

This includes partial usage periods, downtimes, or non-utilization by the Customer.

3. Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via official support email.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
  • No pro-rata refunds will be issued.

4. Hardware Devices

  • All GPS devices and hardware once shipped are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Warranty replacement is applicable only for manufacturing defects.
  • Physical damage, tampering, or misuse voids warranty.

5. Exceptions (At Company Discretion Only)

Refunds may be considered strictly in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Failed transaction with confirmed debit
  • Non-provisioning of service due to verified system failure

6. Chargebacks

Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of services and blacklisting from future use.

7. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
